Kevin

Kevin is a seasoned professional artist with over a decade of experience illustrating, art directing, and educating both in-house and freelance for companies ranging from 8 to 80,000 employees. Most recently, he was a Senior Illustrator at Lyft, where he was one of two overseeing all illustrations. His career has led him to draw for a broad range of industries including gaming, animation, advertising, non-profit, and venture capital. Notable past clients include Meta, Adobe, and Ford Motor Company.

By channeling his creative background into tattooing, he strives to initiate a new practice focused on making art that is personally fulfilling, all the while forming authentic connections with people. Kevin has threaded elements such as organic vs. geometric forms, ephemerality, and dramatic mood throughout his work, all grounded in strong artistic foundations. As he narrows his focus over the course of his apprenticeship, his mission is to develop a distinct, evocative tattooing style which transcends his past portfolio.

Kevin holds a B.A. in Studio Art from the University of California, Irvine.
